Today I started this workout plan: http://www.youtube.com/befitin90. And it worked great, after 20 minutes I was totally broken (also because I’ve got a huge cold and have been feeling sick yesterday) but the burn was great. After that I went for another 20 minutes cycle on the stationary bike.
Now I’m definitely tired but satisfied as well. It takes some effort to keep on going while you’re sneezing all the time.
Time to shower. Check out that awesome channel, it’s easy enough for a beginner and the trainster is pretty awesome. ‘Strong is the new sexy’ definitely helped me :)
